This course designed for social enterprises and sustainable impact ventures that want to explore how generative AI can support growth and impact. The course starts from the basics, so no previous AI experience is needed. If you or your colleagues already have AI skills, we will build on what you know. During the week, your organization will work with a team of two to three international MBA students. Together, you will identify a challenge your organization is facing and develop a specific AI tool, such as e.g. a set of custom AI personas that can help you consider the perspectives of beneficiaries, customers, investors, or other stakeholders. The main purpose is to build skills within your team, using the tool after the course is optional, although many past participants have continued to use what they developed. The week concludes with a pitch of the tool you have built together.
The course runs from Sunday, 7 March 2027, at 17:00, to Friday, 12 March, at 17:00, at CBS. It includes virtual sessions in January and February, as well as a follow-up session about a month after the in-person week. A CBS team will also be available to support the tool’s development after the course if you are interested.The course is taught in English and is open to social enterprises beyond Denmark.
CBS executive education courses are usually quite costly. However, thanks to funding from EURIDICE, a European project focused on digital society, social innovation, and global citizenship we can keep cover the fee for this course as well as offer a small travel grant. We strongly encourage enterprises to register in teams. Bringing along several colleagues is often most useful when developing and using AI tools, since several people can implement ideas together after the course.
