In this interview Elizabeth Apuseyine is asked about her participation, as a junior lecturer, in the ICT4D in the Field course, and as a resource person, knowledgeable about farming, water and irrigation, and environment protection in Ghana. Elizabeth works as a lecturer at the University for Development Studies in Ghana, one of EURIDICE’s associate partners. Elizabeth visited Amsterdam several times through the Erasmus teacher exchange programme, to improve her skills in teaching. She was in Amsterdam for the EURIDICE project in 2024, where she participated in a workshop, a forum discussion, and had several meetings with computer science master students who are doing collaboratorium pilot projects on ICT and Digital Society, Social Innovation and Glbal Citizenship subjects. In this interview Elizabeth explains the value of ICT4D challenge-based education and she discussed the student project in which she has participated, bringing in the perspective of farmers in rural Ghana.
